Tell me something good.
There’s really nothing that can truly prepare you for motherhood. I’m nearly eight years into this thing and I can honestly tell you I have no idea what the heck I’m doing. But while there is no parenting handbook, there is something that’s a million times better.
Watching her grow up is like a ticking time bomb. With each day that passes, I know that it’s one day closer to when she won’t want to hold my hand when she’s in front of her friends.
