It’s been almost a week since I had the amazing experience to walk in the Strut Fashion Show during New York City’s Fashion Week. I am still pinching myself that I was able to participate in such an incredible event.
Never have I felt so empowered as a woman, mom, and even a pregnant mom. The response that I received from people was so overwhelming. I truly appreciate every single tweet, text, and email that some of you sent me. At nearly 38 weeks pregnant, I have never felt so loved or beautiful, which is exactly what I need this far along in pregnancy.
I took my video camera along with me the day of the event to give you a backstage look on what it took to give me my runway look. It’s short and sweet because I was being whisked around from station to station, but it does give you a glimpse at what it took to get ready. Take a look at it below!
If you missed the show you can watch it here:

How lucky of you to have experienced to watch that fashion show. And having a happy disposition during your pregnancy. Great job!
