Your reminder today. It’s okay not to be okay. I’m right there with you. We’ve got this together. You’re not alone in this fight.

Mental health check. I’m a people pleaser. Want

Mental health check. I’m a people pleaser. Want to make everyone happy, even at the expense of my well-being. I need to say no more. I need to push back. Create boundaries. The days are beginning to run together. No real beginning or end because I feel like I always have to be “on.” I don’t want to be like that all the time. I can’t be like that all of the time. You can’t be everything for everyone until you’re something for yourself. We aren’t meant to give it all to everyone without refueling for ourselves. It’s time to refuel. Time to get back some time for me. And no, an hour working out just won’t cut it anymore. Searching for answers that I’m not sure are there at the moment. How are you doing? What can I help with? As always, please know you’re not going through this journey alone. I am and will always be an ear for you. #erasethestigma #mentalhealthawareness
