Tommee Tippee Launches New Products

As I prepare for the new baby I find that I am still in awe of the new products that are being launched for newborns and babies. I’m embarrassed to admit it, but I haven’t bought anything for the new baby yet. I don’t know if it’s me just putting it off or in denial of all of the stuff that having a new baby requires.

Luckily, I am able to attend great events that cater to newborns and baby, which allows me to try out all of these wonderful new products. A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to check out the latest and greatest from one of my favorite baby brands, Tommee Tippee. I always love a company that not only has fabulous products, but puts on events with moms in mind. I was able to bring Harlan to this launch event and was so grateful for all of the activities that had to keep her busy while I looked around at the new products.

One of my favorite products from the event and one I will be trying out when the baby arrives is the Closer to Nature Digital Video Sensor Pad Monitor. I’ll be the first to admit that I am one of those crazy mothers that put her finger under Harlan’s nose when she was born just to check and see if she was breathing. This monitor takes the stress off of me so that I can get the rest that I need. The monitors are scientifically designed with a unique under mattress sensi-sleep padTM that monitors baby’s movement and alerts you if baby has not moved in 20 seconds.

Another great product is their new website called “The Day Baby Was Born.” The Day Baby Was Born is a free, easy-to-use service provided by Tommee Tippee for expecting parents. The site automatically gathers information about the day baby is born, and/or helps mom (or dad or grandma) create a secure digital storybook that can be printed, saved and or shared.

I love being able to document all of the greatest joys of pregnancy and then looking back on them later. I wish I had this with Harlan so that I could have compared this pregnancy to hers. I’m just going off of memory right now!
