Why I’m Happy Wednesday: 17

It’s Wednesday! That means it’s time for you to tell me something good. Tell me one moment (big or small) that put a smile on your face. Let’s spread some positivity!

It’s been hard to find the good of this week. To be honest, it’s felt a bit defeating. But no matter how hard it gets, I always try to find the positivity in my life. This is a simple thing that makes me happy today, but again, it’s the little things in life, isn’t it?

We don’t have a mantle in our house to hang stockings. Last year I just nailed them to a wall and call it a day, but after feeling a bit crafty and creating an idea in my head, I went out this morning and bought all of my supplies to make a great piece I can hang on my wall and hang our stockings from. It’s not quite done yet, but my vision is coming to life and it looks even better than I imagined. That makes me happy. 🙂
